Lilly has eight years of experience working in higher education advising biology majors and pre-health students, and leading the team of Health Professions Advisors at Colorado State University. Most recently Lilly has been working as a health coach helping people with obesity and weight-related chronic illnesses change their lifestyle habits. Lilly has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Whitman College and Master of Science in Biology from Western Washington University where she studied science education. Lilly is also a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach.
