Sandi Landicho

Chief Financial Officer

Sandi Landicho has more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit finance, accounting and operations. She is a strategic thought-leader with the ability to shift from the big picture to detailed operational topics. Sandi enjoys discovering collaborative solutions to complex issues.

Before joining the Futuro team, Sandi served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles where she was responsible for oversight of finance, human resources, facilities and security and managed an endowment in excess of $60M, a budget of over $20M, and total assets in excess of $300M. She led the effort to ensure the Museum was positioned to attract and retain top talent by benchmarking salaries, improving benefits, implementing a goals-based performance development system, and consciously investing in the corporate culture to create a sense of community. Sandi also revamped the museum’s financial reporting ensuring that all reports were timely and user-friendly. Previously, Sandi worked in finance and operations for several social service agencies serving victims of natural disasters, children, the homeless, and human trafficking victims. Sandi was also the CFO of the San Diego Air & Space Museum for 13 years providing oversight to finance, human resources, admissions and education.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from National University and is pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University.
