Futuro Health partners with a variety of healthcare, education, philanthropy, and government organizations to offer and equip Scholars with the training needed for a successful career in healthcare.

Scholars can qualify for scholarships.

Scholarships are available! If you are selected, you could attend for no or low cost. Since our launch in 2020, we have enrolled over 26,016 adults into healthcare career programs and courses.

GUIDED EDUCATION PROGRAMS WITH FLEXIBLE COURSE PATHWAYS.

Before registering, each Scholar meets with an Enrollment Advisor to review their education journey. Scholars are then paired with a Success Coach who provides individualized support throughout the technical education program.

EDUCATION WITH AN EDGE.

Build confidence and readiness to hit the ground running in your new role. All Scholars complete our Human Touch Healthcare™ course prior to the technical portion of their education to equip them with the interpersonal skills needed to work in a variety of healthcare settings.

Damian W.

FUTURO HEALTH SCHOLAR

Emergency Room Technician Program

When both of his parents faced health challenges and Damian spent his days visiting them in the hospital, he witnessed the exceptional care they received. That experience inspired him to pursue a career in healthcare so he could provide the same level of care to others. Damian first heard about Futuro Health through his friend’s father and was excited to learn about the Emergency Room Technician pathway. During his program, he was selected as a Futuro Health Ambassador and created a TikTok sharing his career transition and how Futuro Health scholarships helped make this opportunity possible at little to no cost.

Community Health Worker Program

Ten years ago, Tasha was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. With her experience navigating treatment, Tasha decided to make a change in her life that could help others. She began sharing resources in her community and learned later that the role she was taking on has a title: Community Health Worker. Tasha came across Futuro Health in her research of programs that offer Community Health Worker Certification, and the flexibility, scholarships, and Scholar support team that Futuro Health offer made her choice easy.

Peer Support Specialist Program

Introduced to difficult life circumstances at a young age, Jose encountered many of the challenges that can come with growing up in and around the justice system. After hearing about Futuro Health from a friend who was becoming Peer Support certified through Futuro Health, Jose decided he was ready to change his life and enrolled in Futuro Health’s Peer Support Specialist Program. The unique set of skills Jose developed through Futuro Health’s program helped him land a job at Horizon Treatment Services, where Jose helps others enter recovery and change their lives for the better.

Vocational Nursing Program

Born and raised in the Philippines, Shiela grew up with encouragement from her grandmother to move to the United States and pursue a career in nursing. When Shiela had a baby unexpectedly, she put her dreams of becoming a nurse on hold so she could focus on working to support her child. In 2022, Shiela was finally able to go back to school to pursue her career aspirations and began her LVN program with Futuro Health’s support. Shiela proudly graduated with honors as valedictorian with the credential that she needs in order to pursue her lifelong dream to become an RN. “

FUTURO HEALTH SCHOLAR

Medical Assistant Program

Originally from Colombia, Jordy didn’t know he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, but as he took care of his grandmother he gained a strong understanding of the importance of care. When he moved to the United States, Jordy got into an accident that landed him in the hospital, where a Medical Assistant introduced him to Futuro Health. Through the Medical Assisting Program with Futuro Health, Jordy started an internship with Kaiser Permanente.
