Duties
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages to appropriate staff.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Assist with patient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Provide patients with forms, instructions, and information as needed.
- Maintain and organize medical records, electronic health records (EHR), and documentation.

- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and communication.
- Prepare and maintain office correspondence, reports, and files.

- Collect co‑pays, payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist with coding, billing, and claims processing as directed.
- Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies; place orders as needed.
- Ensure waiting areas and front‑office spaces remain clean, organized, and patient‑friendly.
