Oscar has over 10 years of software design and development experience. When designing and developing he makes sure to keep his designs user-centric. Oscar graduated with his BS in Computer Science from CSU Sacramento where he developed skills in leadership, with a strong foundation in math, logic, and cross-platform coding. In his last four years, he has worked at Elk Grove Unified School District as an educator working with the community and focusing on equity in the classroom. In his most recent years, he has collaborated with California Community College Chancellor’s Office to work on dashboards for Cal Pass Plus, California’s only actionable statewide longitudinal data system.
