Natina is higher education professional with 10 years’ experience in admissions, academic advising, and student success coaching for re-entry, at-risk, marginalized, and first-generation students. She has worked with offices and departments across universities to foster student success, promote student engagement and encourage teamwork.

Natina’s expertise is with non-traditional undergraduate students, working directly with them to evolve from an unsure incoming student to a confident graduate, and having a positive impact on their education and their lives. Natina believes a student should know that there is someone available to help them navigate all parts of their educational experience.

Natina holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Argosy University.
