Traci began her healthcare career by earning a certification in Surgical Technology through Valdosta Technical College, which led to her pursuing an associate degree in Surgical Services/Health Science. Traci practiced at local hospitals and private facilities until accepting a Program Director position at RiverOak Technical College, a position she has held for the last 10 years. In realizing her passion for education and workforce development, Traci furthered her education by earning a bachelors’ degree in Adult Career and Technical Education from the University of Central Florida.

Traci continues to devote her work to healthcare education in hopes of building a stronger, more sustainable healthcare workforce by creating unique career pathway opportunities for current and aspiring healthcare professionals.
