Terri is an experienced instructional designer with over a decade of expertise in developing inclusive, learner-focused education and training programs for healthcare, higher education, and nonprofit sectors.

From leading instructional design teams to crafting equity-focused curriculum frameworks, Terri’s work has consistently focused on improving learner outcomes and creating accessible educational experiences. Her collaboration with faculty and subject matter experts to integrate interactive media and technology has enhanced engagement and fostered success across diverse learning environments.

Prior to Futuro Health, Terri ran a successful instructional design consultancy, partnering with organizations to deliver innovative workforce development programs. Her commitment to promoting equity in education has been a driving force in creating pathways that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Terri holds a Master of Science in Instructional Science and Technology from California State University Monterey Bay, as well as advanced degrees in Education and Higher Education Administration. She is excited to leverage her expertise to advance Futuro Health’s mission of preparing scholars for meaningful careers in healthcare.
