Patsy has more than three years experience in case management and community outreach. Prior to joining Futuro Health, Patsy worked in various roles as a case manager, a COVID contact tracer, and oversaw a parent hotline. Her experience includes providing intensive case management for youth and their families, meeting with clients to focused on academics and social-emotional skill (SEL) development. In her prior roles, Patsy co-facilitated family meetings where she worked collaboratively to set goals and use a strength-based approach to support the youth.

Patsy earned her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish and Sociology from the University of California Los Angeles.
