A native of Las Vegas, NV, Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a professional background deeply rooted in mental health therapy, she has spent the majority of her career serving individuals from diverse backgrounds by helping them manage emotional challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve greater self-awareness and stability. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, cultural competence, and evidence-based practices, allowing her to build strong, trusting relationships with those she serves.

In recent years, Lauren has expanded her professional scope to include success coaching, working with scholars and young professionals to cultivate clarity, motivation, and purpose. Her coaching style integrates principles of mental wellness with actionable goal-setting strategies, enabling scholars to overcome internal and external barriers and succeed to their full potential.
