Kayt is a strategic program leader with 20 years of experience designing and scaling innovative, high-impact initiatives across education, workforce development, healthcare, and long-term care.
Most recently, Kayt served as Senior Director of Growth and Innovation at Homebridge, where she secured over $65 million across multiple new public and private funders and led the development of new programs and service lines to improve both client outcomes and job quality for direct care workers. Her achievements include launching California’s Career Pathways program—training more than 75,000 IHSS caregivers statewide—designing an on-the-job Vocational ESL program for new entrants and developing a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training pathway to expand career pathways for the direct care workforce.
Kayt’s earlier work includes directing multi-state long-term care workforce initiatives at PHI, launching a first-of-its-kind workforce development program for blind and visually impaired young adults at Perkins School for the Blind, establishing a caregiver engagement department at HouseWorks Inc., scaling teacher and academy manager training academies across four countries with NewGlobe Education, supporting the program development of a newly launching Teach for India, and most formatively, teaching fourth and sixth grade with Teach for America.
In her role at Futuro Health, Kayt collaborates with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver programs that improve community health and economic opportunity by enabling adult learners from all walks of life to transition successfully into healthcare careers.
