With over 30 years of experience in business development, partnership management, and leadership across healthcare, executive recruiting, staffing, and education (K–12 and adult), John has found his true passion in the allied healthcare workforce development and education space. He is dedicated to helping both rural and medium/large healthcare systems address their workforce retention and acquisition challenges through impactful educational growth opportunities.

John began his career in healthcare consulting, leading large-scale technology and systems implementation projects for nearly a decade. He then spent over 10 years in executive recruiting and staffing, helping organizations attract top-tier talent. Following his success in that sector, he transitioned into the field of education, where he has led national teams and developed partnerships to expand K–12 STEM initiatives and then on to help support adult learners in achieving their educational and career goals.

John holds an MBA from Western Governors University (2018), a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
