Francheska earned her Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from New Haven University, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and the factors influencing mental health.
Her journey began working as a Care Coordinator with at-risk youth, where Francheska provided essential support in mental health and rehabilitation settings. She focused on helping individuals identify and express their frustrations in healthy, constructive ways, fostering growth and positive change.
Transitioning to the non-profit sector, Francheska worked with a workforce agency, assisting individuals in gaining valuable healthcare training to better their lives and provide for their families. This experience reinforced her commitment to empowering others to enhance their personal and professional lives through education and skill-building.
