Karrie serves as Futuro Health Human Touch Healthcare facilitator. Her experience includes being a full time Professor of Health Professions, Associate Psychology Professor, Associate Sport Psychology Professor at the Doctoral Level, an Activity Care Program Coordinator/Educator, an American Heart Association BLS CPR Instructor, a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease Dementia Care Trainer, and previously as both an Interim Coordinator in a Health Sciences Program and as a Corporate Virtual Medical Language Instructor.

Karrie has additionally taught in higher education, classes which have include Sport Psychology, Psychology, Health and Wellness Promotion, Gerontology, Lifespan Growth and Development, Social Psychology, End of Life Issues, Introduction to Public Health, Healthcare Communications, Medical Terminology, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Pathophysiology, and being TESOL certified, she has also taught English as a Second Language.

Karrie has also developed curriculum for health professions programs in the gerontological field of study, in healthcare professions, in psychology, and in education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
