Dale is a proud Futuro Health Scholar Alumni with a background in healthcare, having previously worked as a Medical Assistant. He is currently pursuing a degree in psychology and brings both academic insight and firsthand experience to understanding the challenges students face while building their careers. Dale’s unique perspective enables him to support and mentor others with empathy and practical knowledge.

Dale is passionate about helping others and has been actively involved in connecting underserved communities with vital resources. His efforts include volunteering to distribute food and engaging with the local homeless population, providing essentials such as blankets, clothing, and meals.

Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Dale enjoys hiking, kayaking, golfing, and coaching youth sports. Most of all, he cherishes spending time with his three children. His life goal is to enrich the lives of those around him, and he finds fulfillment in uplifting others every day.
