Alma has over ten years of experience in the customer service industry. For part of those years, she took on a managing role for Riverside Unified School District working alongside teachers and students. During this time, she managed an after-school program that provided additional academic support to elementary age students. Alma spent the last six years working in the Banking Industry as a mortgage consultant. In this role she provided additional resources to homeowners including those impacted by COVID-19 and natural disasters. Being a first-generation immigrant, Alma understands the importance of providing resources, guidance, and support.

Alma earned two Associate’s degrees in Social & Behavioral Studies and Humanities from Riverside City College.
