Allis has ten years of experience in higher education, including academic advising, campus activities, and residential experience. Her passion lies in contributing to a support system for students in and out of the classroom with compassion and data-informed practices. She is involved in social justice and equity work, continually growing and learning personally and professionally. She earned her master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs Leadership at the University of Northern Colorado and her bachelor’s degree at Rockhurst University. In her spare time, Allis enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and reading.
