Anthony Dalton has more than 20 years of data, IT, and business systems management experience in various industries. He served as both chief operating officer and chief data scientist at Educational Results Partnership (ERP). During his tenure at ERP, he was responsible for the development and operation of the Cal-PASS Plus system and creation of the LaunchBoard, a data system that serves more than 2 million students and practitioners. Anthony serves as an education researcher with the University of Texas at Austin and built out a statewide linked relational database that leverages 100% of student-level and worker-level data for Texas.

Anthony is a Microsoft-certified database administrator and Microsoft-certified systems engineer. He earned both his master’s degree in data science and bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Methodist University.
