Kelsea brings a strong background in recruitment, higher education, and leadership. Prior to Futuro Health, she served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions – at Concordia University Irvine, where she led a high-performing team, developed strategic recruitment initiatives, and fostered relationships with various departments. She specializes in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and performance goals.
Prior to her role in higher education, she worked in healthcare and finance recruitment, working with top executives and industry leaders to place high-caliber professionals. Her ability to build strong partnerships has consistently led to positive outcomes for both candidates and clients.

Kelsea holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor’s in Health Science from Idaho State University, where she was a collegiate softball player. Her background as an athlete has instilled in her a strong work ethic, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset.

Outside of work, Kelsea enjoys cooking and hiking with her husband and German Shepard.
