Lili has more than 16 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, finance and business. Over her career, she has gained hands-on experience of leading the accounting department providing daily accounting services. She has also earned extensive experience in government, corporate, foundation and private grants management in housing, mental health, early childhood education and CDFI lending. She likes to take on new challenges and provide solutions for complicated finance issues.

Before joining the Futuro Health team, Lili served as the controller for Accessity in San Diego where she was responsible for assessing internal controls and maintaining compliance across the organization, including finance, lending, grants, payroll, benefits and pension management. Previously Lili worked as interim CFO and controller for several social service agencies serving at risk children and families in transition by administrating federal, state and local government grants and completing audits and single audits. Lili also worked for USS Midway Museum providing oversight in accounting, payroll, cash management and helping implement online ticketing systems.

Lili has a Master of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University.
