Juliana has 9 years of experience in data science across a range of industries in the private sector, as well as in the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about applying her diverse experience in data science to the social sciences, especially in regards to equity issues, and brings a high level of energy and excitement to her work.

She was the lead data scientist in building the Adult Education Pipeline and Guided Pathways segments of the Launchboard Community College Pipeline, providing innovative thinking, technical expertise, and practical application of student data.

Juliana holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Sociology, with emphasis in women and gender studies, from the University of California, Davis.
