Hans moved to the United States at the age of eleven from The Gambia, West Africa. Hans has eight years experience working as a healthcare administrator with SSM Health, a not-for-profit health care system headquartered in St. Louis and later with the Saint Louis Department of Public Health. Prior to joining Futuro Health, Hans served as Project Coordinator with the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency working on COVID-19 initiatives, and earlier as a Financial Counselor with Alvarado Hospital in San Diego.

Hans attended Purdue University, earning his bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision with an emphasis in Health Services, he obtained his masters degree in Health Administration from Webster University. Hans has a passion for helping others and seeing others achieve their goals and dreams.
