Dan brings 8 years of Technical Support and over a decade of Customer Service experience. Though he specializes in identity & account management, Dan has worked in many areas of IT and supported many different companies. From working with companies the size of 10 employees to sizes of over 10,000 employees, he brings a wide range support experience. Dan is dedicated to always doing his best for each and every user he has ever supported. 

Outside of work, Dan is normally found on hiking trails with his trusty pup by his side, or at the house grinding away in video games such as World of Warcraft.
