Cat brings more than 25 years of Human Resources leadership experience across nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology organizations. She has partnered with leaders to build engaged teams, strengthen organizational culture, and develop people strategies that support both employees and organizational success.

Throughout her career, Cat has led organizational growth, employee engagement, leadership development, and HR operations, including building HR functions from the ground up and guiding organizations through periods of transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer, leading enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational development.

Cat earned her MBA and is SPHRi certified. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations create exceptional employee experiences that enable them to expand their impact and fulfill their mission.
