Brisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University Los Angeles and two Associate’s degrees in Sociology and Human Services from Ventura College. She has five years experience working in various capacities with individuals diagnosed with physical, developmental, and mental health-related conditions. Prior to joining Futuro Health, Brisa worked as an Outreach Case Manager for homeless and at-risk populations. Her experience includes working collaboratively with community wide resources to provide housing, financial, mental health, and substance recovery services for adults with co-occurring disorders.
