Candice Chung

Candice Chung is Chief Finance & Administration Officer at Futuro Health, where she leads the organization’s finance, human resources, and administrative functions. She brings more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow through strategic financial leadership, operational excellence, and strong organizational foundations.

Prior to joining Futuro Health, Candice served as Chief Financial & Operating Officer at Pivotal Connections, a nonprofit focused on improving educational and career outcomes for young people in foster care. Her experience spans education, workforce development, and economic mobility, including leadership roles at the KIPP Foundation and AI4ALL.Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams spanning finance, operations, human resources, data, technology, and strategy.

Candice is passionate about aligning people, resources, and strategy to help mission-driven organizations thrive and create lasting impact. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
