What to Expect after Registering

We ask scholars to pay a one-time $150 application fee as a sign of commitment to their education and career goals. In return, they gain access to fully funded, free tuition programs with wraparound support.

Once your account is set up and your application is approved, you’ll be connected with an Enrollment Advisor. They’ll help guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you have about getting started.
If your application isn’t approved, take a moment to double-check your survey answers to make sure everything is complete and accurate, as you may just need to fix a small issue.

Please note that your application must be fully completed before it can be approved. That includes:

  • Filling out all surveys
  • Selecting a program available in your area
  • Signing the student agreement

From Application to Career Placement

Each Scholar begins their journey with an Enrollment Advisor to review their education journey. Once enrolled, they are paired with a dedicated Success Coach for individualized guidance.

Medical Assistant Program

While working at a local dental clinic, Denise came across flyers highlighting a range of tuition-free training programs offered through Futuro Health. With a lifelong passion for working in healthcare, Denise explored Futuro Health’s website and embarked on a journey toward her dream career of caring for others. After successfully graduating from Futuro Health’s Medical Assistant Program, Denise secured a position as a Care Coordination Assistant at Dignity Health, where she is currently thriving. Her aspiration is to become a Registered Nurse, specializing in Labor and Delivery or the NICU.

Medical Assistant Program

Originally from Colombia, Jordy didn’t know he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, but as he took care of his grandmother he gained a strong understanding of the importance of care. When he moved to the United States, Jordy got into an accident that landed him in the hospital, where a Medical Assistant introduced him to Futuro Health. Through the Medical Assisting Program with Futuro Health, Jordy started an internship with Kaiser Permanente. Now working as a Medical Assistant, Jordy’s goal is to become a Registered Nurse so he can give back further to his family in Colombia and travel the world. “Futuro Health gave me what I was looking for. They took my hand and walked with me through the whole process.”

FUTURO HEALTH SCHOLAR

Medical Assistant Program

Born and raised in the Phillipines, Patricia always wanted to become a doctor. As a child, she practiced being a medical professional with her grandfather, who encouraged her to pursue her dreams and go to school. After a friend told her about Futuro Health, Patricia enrolled in the Medical Assisting program. Through Futuro Health’s prerequisite course, Human Touch Healthcare, Patricia learned how to make her patients feel seen and heard, a valuable skill that she carries into her work today. After completing her two months of externship, Patricia is now working as a Certified Medical Assistant at Palos Verdes Medical Group. “When I went through Futuro Health’s Medical Assisting Program, it helped me build myself up. It’s been a journey that I’ve enjoyed to this day.”
