Jay has over a decade of experience in customer service and healthcare work. Prior to joining Futuro Health, he worked in various student coaching roles, including as an Education Coach with Guild Education, where he established career, and academic pathways for the Guild’s students. Earlier in his career, Jay served as a Patient Service Specialist in both ER and clinical settings and worked as a medical office specialist for prenatal genetics testing company. Jay majored in Biology at Texas State University.
