Gerard has over a decade of experience in customer service and the education system. Prior to joining Futuro Health, Gerard worked in various support roles, including case management, graduate candidate advocate, and communications & outreach. His passion for education and community outreach keeps him grounded and committed to helping others pursue their calling. Gerard has an associate degree in human services and obtained his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Central Florida.
