Alisha has accumulated over 30 years of combined experience in healthcare and higher education corporate academic leadership. Her primary goal has always been to develop, train, and optimize programs to enhance student success and drive organizational growth. Alisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Education in Instructional Design and Education Technology. She has been responsible for overseeing educational delivery across seven campuses, leading curriculum development, and spearheading innovative training programs. Alisha is deeply passionate about providing high-quality adult education that equips learners for the workforce.
